What I'm looking for

Roughly in priority order. None of these are hard requirements, but together they describe where I'd do my best work.

1. Interesting challenges. Hard problems, cool technology, or ideally both.
2. Great people. Like-minded, hardworking, team-first people to build things with.
3. Breadth and ownership. A smaller company where I can wear more hats, work directly with product, support, sales and customers, and see how leadership and the wider engineering org work.
4. Close collaboration. A team where asking for help or jumping into a brainstorm is always welcome, whether that happens on a call or at a whiteboard. I'm based in Raleigh and enjoy working in person when that's an option.
5. Room to grow. A title and scope that match the responsibility I take on, so I can keep growing and show what I can do.
6. Fair pay. Pay that shows my work is valued.
